My glans become bright red when my penis is erect
My glans becomes bright red when I am erect and I also emit watery discharge from the penis when erect. What is causing this? I have never had a sexual disease.
There are several possible causes.
It could be the way your penis responds when you are aroused. It is not uncommon for the glans to swell and change colour as blood is pumped into your penis. Nor is it unusual for precum - a viscous, transparent fluid - to flow from the tip of your penis.
However, a watery discharge from the tip of the penis may indicate some types of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). A history of not having a disease is no indication that you don't have it now. If you are concerned, visit your doctor.
