Will I lose proteins if I masturbate?
I'm a bodybuilder and as you may know, bodybuilders need lots of protein. This is why I'm concerned as to how much protein semen contains, because I like to masturbate sometimes. Is there a significant amount? I've read somewhere that there is more protein in an M&M than in semen. Is this true?
I have no knowledge of the nutritional content of M&Ms.
Semen contains, on average, about 6 milligrams of protein per teaspoon. The protein is created inside your body from the foods you eat. Masturbation is unlikely to have any impact on your ability to build muscle; and is more likely to do you good than harm.
If you need more protein to build bigger muscles, increase your protein intake rather than stopping masturbation.
