Home is where the fun starts
The following exercise is only a guide to what you can do. Use it as a starting point to explore your body and feel your way to other methods of pleasuring your body. These techniques are just as good
as a starting point for exploring another person's body too, so don't be afraid of adding some of these techniques to your repertoire.
Setting the scene
Although you can have sex anywhere, at any time and under any circumstances, this exercise is designed for a quiet, comfortable hour or two alone or with a partner. Arrange somewhere comfortable, with
a mirror, soft lighting and, if you like, gentle music. Have some oil and other lubricants ready, as well as any "toys" you want to try. You can use music if you like, but try to make it nonintrusive -
you want to enjoy who you are as much as other outside sensory stimulants.
Introducing yourself
Start by sitting down on the floor or a chair and "stopping" your mind: try not to think about anything outside of yourself, like work problems or what you are going to have for dinner. Concentrate
on yourself, start breathing deeply, perhaps stretching your body as you breathe out and relaxing as you breathe in. Feel your breath as it enters and leaves your body. If you like, imagine that with each
breath in something good comes in as well, and with each breath out, something "bad" leaves your body.
Now slowly undress. Notice how you take your clothes off and in which order. How does the cloth feel as it slides over your skin? How does your skin feel as it becomes naked?
Now is a good time to set up a full length mirror, if you have one. Examine your body as if you had never seen anything like it before. Use the mirror or stretch this way and that to see different parts
of your body.
Reflect parts of your body from various angles. Move about the room and watch how you walk, what parts of your body move with each step. Watch your arms, your legs, your head; wiggle your toes. Touch
yourself.
Touch each part of your body. Stretch and feel how supple and flexible you are. Slowly draw one arm out to the side and see how the muscles flex under your skin. Note the way your arm feels; stretch
as far as you can without falling over; then relax again. Clench and unclench your hand. Wriggle your toes and watch how the bones move.
Perhaps have a bath or a shower or carefully wash at a basin, touching and smoothing your skin and hair. Use your fingers,
the palms of your hands, arms, legs and feet. Touch different parts of your body - stretch and see how supple and flexible
you really are. Tense and relax. Try to release your body and let it do what it wants - whether to just lie still or move
to the rhythm of the music. Explore your body openings - like mouth, nostrils, eyes, ears, urethra and anus. Use lubrication
and see to what extent you can explore your personal thresholds of pleasure or pain. Remember you are alone and able to do
anything (as long as you keep control over your actions) you please for as long as you please.
As you explore your body you may notice parts that you do not like - your skin may be blemished, or you may not be the muscular man you imagine. Accept that these attributes are there for now - there
is nothing bad or wrong about imperfections - but perhaps decided to change them if they concern you or ignore them if they do not matter.
When you are ready to continue your personal exploration begin to touch yourself in sensual and erotic ways. Run your fingers lightly then more firmly around your balls; use your fingertips to gently
massage each, feelings its weight and shape. Remember there need be no judgement attached to this touch - you are simply exploring using your fingers. Pull your balls away from your body as far as you can
without pain (unless that turns you on!), then gently release them.
Continue your exploration running your fingers or the side of your hand between your legs then back up to the top of your
cock. After finishing the fronts of the legs and feet, glide back up and slowly brush over the genitals, teasing them.
This
teasing process can be drawn out by brushing the inner thighs near the genitals, very lightly touching the pubic region,
etc. Explore your body openings - like mouth, nostrils, eyes, ears, urethra and anus. Use lubrication and see to what extent
you can explore your personal thresholds of pleasure or pain.
Remember you are alone and able to do anything (as long as
you keep control over your actions) you please for as long as you please.
