The passage of sperm
Ejaculation occurs in two steps. During the first step, the seminal fluid is forced from the prostate and other accessory organs into the urethra. The impending ejaculation can be felt at this point,
and for 2 or 3 seconds, one can sense the process before the second step begins.
During the second step, semen is propelled through the urethra by a series of muscular contractions. Orgasm and ejaculation often occur together though not always or for all men.
