An 84 page bi-monthly publication aimed at the high-end print production and design market, this magazine introduced mixed media "computer-to-plate" technology to the Australian print market. Awarded Silver for content, design and printing in the 14th Australian Annual Print Awards for "magazines with a cover price" it was the first computer magazine ever to win in this category.

Research for feature articles using traditional and Internet resources; collection and editing of news stories; liaison with international contributors and interviews with industry spokespeople, managing budgets, editorial outlines; assisting with marketing and promotion.

Mac*Chat, 1991 to 1994
A 20-page quarterly publication aimed at Macintosh users, this magazine formed the basis for marketing training and personnel services to the Sydney market by Barbosa Personnel. Mac*Chat contained information about a range of popular Macintosh software packages including FileMaker Pro, QuarkXPress, PageMaker, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Illustrator.

Produced 12 issues. Concept, research, interviews, writing and editing of text and image content; page layout and typesetting, cover designs, commissioning of artwork, selection, conversion, creation and placement of photographs, original artwork and illustrations, liaison with prepress and printers.

Digital Publishing, 1991
A colour quarterly magazine inserted into Australian Macworld, featuring articles about desktop publishing software and hardware, traditional typographic production and printing technology.

Concept, colour selection, design and creation of templates, page layout, typesetting and prepress. Sourcing news and feature articles; editing of news stories; liaison with national contributors and industry spokespeople, managing editorial staff and contractors; creating editorial outlines; assisting with marketing and promotion.
